Lean Project Delivery Systems: Building Efficiency and Value

Dr. Audrey Schultz is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of senior academic leadership and 20 years of cross-disciplinary professional practice spanning architecture, interior design, construction and facilities project management. She is recognized for community engagement and empathetic, transparent leadership grounded in strategic vision, innovation, and effective communication. Dr. Schultz currently serves as Academic Director of the Construction Management program at Pratt Institute and is a tenured Full Professor, former Department Chair, and former Academic Senate Finance and Outreach Officer accountable for academic policy, curriculum development, assessment, and financial oversight. She has played a key role in shaping institutional priorities through student success and academic excellent initiatives, such as creating the first Center for Teaching and Learning, developing the Global Education Pillar; and actively contributing to both the prior and current Institute Strategic Plans. Her leadership includes extensive accreditation and quality assurance work, most recent co-chairing Standard IV: Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement for the Institutes MSCHE accreditation. Leading ABET, ACCE, and FMAC accreditation efforts, and serving as a sought-after Program Peer Reviewer. Dr. Schultz has also demonstrated crisis and safety leadership through co-chairing the Advisory Committee on Campus Safety, contributing to Clery Act reporting, serving on the COVID Operations Task Force, and co-authoring the post-pandemic Classroom Health and Safety Guidelines. She is actively engaged in professional service as Treasurer and Vice President of the CMAA Metro NY/NJ Chapter Board of Directors. Dr. Schultz is an experienced educator and mentor, having designed and taught courses in construction and facilities management, leadership, business continuity and emergency preparedness, contract administration, sustainability, integrated project delivery, and life-cycle cost analysis.
